The pineapple is the international symbol for hospitality. This new construction home was completed February 2006 and newly furnished in May 2006. Very private and relaxing retreat abutting conservation land in a quiet wooded setting.

(owner is a professional chef).

Dine in either the inside dining area or on the large deck which features Long Pond and forest views. Large living room has surround sound, flat screen tv, CD/DVD player, iPod connectivity, and wireless broadband access throughout the house.
Master bed room has king-size bed, TV, private door to outdoor deck; guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. Plenty of storage in each bedroom and lots of storage and counter space in the bathroom.
Ten minute-walk to North Shore Beach on private path, ten minute walk to Madaket Harbor beach, and ten-minute bike ride to spectacular sunsets at Madaket Surf beach. Bike path leading to all parts of the island is one minute away.
