	Our tropical retreat has been designed for your total privacy and to provide for all you could want in a Vacation Rental. Our property is situated on over 1.5 acres of professionally landscaped tropical jungle, tamed by us to include sweeping green lawns, sitting nooks, and a private garden just for youA Hot Tub surrounded by Ginger and Heliconia. A grill for barbecuing the islands many sumptuous culinary delights, from the freshest ocean fish, to our superb Parker Ranch Grass fed beef, or a Rack of Kohala raised Kahua Ranch Grass fed Lamb. The Big Island is a bounty of incredible culinary experiences which are most exquisitely savored dining outside on our tropical Lanai.

	The interior has also been designed and furnished to provide a luxurious and extraordinarily comfortable environment, a top of the line Leather pit sofa with built-in recliners is the perfect setting to enjoy our state of the art home theater with surround sound and a 42 inch plasma television, a library of recent films, high definition cable programming or state of the art Audio with iPod connectivity. We also provide High Speed wireless internet access for your laptop computer. A broad selection of reading material is also provided.

	The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking dinners and mixing tropical cocktails, the outdoor Lanai is covered for shelter from the warm tropical rain or sunshine and is the perfect location for Al fresco dining or lounging. Our 2 bedrooms are equipped with superior bedding, a queen in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom that can also be made up as a king if you so desire.

	The Kona Palm Retreat has been designed by discerning owners who appreciate living well and have translated that appreciation into the overall experience of the Kona Palm Retreat. The owners live on site and the Retreat is the only rental accommodation on the property. You can be assured of peace and quiet with no noisy neighbors or guests to interrupt your experience of tropical perfection.

	The location is ideal, located at the perfect 900 foot elevation. The temperature is nearly perfect year round. You feel as though you are a million miles away from the frenetic pace of civilization, yet charming Kailua Kona town, shopping and dining are only five minutes away. Also minutes away is the Kona Coffee Belt where the world famous Gourmet Kona Coffee is grown on the gentle and tropical slopes of Mt. Hualalai. The pristine class triple AAA waters of the warm Pacific Ocean are also only five minutes from the retreat, with many first class dive outfits available to take you deeper into the incredible blue waters off of the Kona Coastline.. World Class sport fishing with the largest sport fishing fleet in the Hawaiian Islands is only ten minutes away. Our accommodation is a perfect alternative to a hotel, and a place where a discerning few will enjoy the vision of Hawaiian Paradise that we have created here at the Kona Palm Retreat.
