These spectacular luxury private homes are set on the coast just across a private road (150 feet) from the Pacific Ocean in a very private gated community. Be our guest at either of our beautiful homes and enjoy a wonderful vacation retreat that is just a one minute walk to the beach located within the community. Although the houses are a short walk or drive to the village of Kona, the quiet neighborhood and oceanfront setting ensure that you can be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of the waves breaking and the ocean breeze in the palms.
The "Hibiscus"
An open designed beamed ceiling creates a tropical setting amongst the plentiful landscaping that captures the spirit of the islands. The home is designed for comfortable, relaxed Hawaiian living and features huge lanais (porches) and a heated plunge pool for those romantic evenings. The home is beautifully furnished with everything to make your vacation as relaxed and enjoyable as possible with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room entertainment area. The master suite has a king size bed and opens onto a second floor lanai with ocean views; it also features a private bath. One of the guest bedrooms also opens to a second floor lanai. Both guest bedrooms have queen beds and views of our tropical landscaping. The den opens to the first floor lanai, has a private bath and has a futon couch that can sleep two.

The "Plumeria"
A stone's throw from the shoreline, the home features huge lanais (porches), comfortable relaxing living, and a great heated plunge pool for those romantic evenings. Be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of the waves rolling over the lava rocks with the ocean breeze coming through the coconut palms. An intricately designed open and beamed ceiling creates a very tropical setting amongst the plentiful landscaping. It truly captures the spirit of the islands. The home has three lanais and is equipped with everything to make your vacation as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. The main floor features an open plan--kitchen, dining room and living room. Upstairs, the master suite and guest bedroom overlook a lush courtyard full of plumeria and palm trees. The master has a California king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third-floor loft has two single beds.
